Biographical Sketch
Abdul Haleem Wahidi is the Director of Counter Narcotics Trust Fund, Good Performance Initiative and Head of Advisory Board at the Ministry of Counter Narcotics, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. He is in charge of managing over $120m worth of counter narcotics projects under Counter Narcotics Trust Fund and the Good Performance Initiative. Prior to his work at the Ministry of Counter Narcotics, Mr. Wahidi served from 2003- 2005 as Assistant Trade Policy Advisor and Executive Assistant to the Minister of Commerce. He has received one Presidential Best Performance Award, Afghanistan Independence Medal and various other certificates acknowledging his performance. Mr. Wahidi has a BBA degree from Preston University and has received trainings in the UK, Germany and Turkey.
