Four levels of sponsorships are available, on a limited basis, at all New Fields events. We have designed all four packages to maximize your company's presence. This is achieved externally through advertising and marketing in New Fields publications and at the event itself through a strong combination of benefits and branding. Listed below are brief descriptions of the different categories available.
Presidential Sponsorship - $30,000
AEW Expo 2010 Presidential Sponsorship includes the following: $30,000, which includes 720-square-meter booth space, a private meeting room, and refreshment station with two hostesses. Eight full pages of ad space in the official directory, name on event banner displayed on the outside of the building, name recognition as sponsor on all advertising (this includes all newspaper ads, flyers, and more).
Iridium Sponsorship - $20,000
$20,000, which includes 45-square-meter booth space, a private meeting room and refreshment station with two hostesses. Four full pages of ad space in the official directory, name on event banner displayed on the outside of the building, name recognition as sponsor on all advertising (this includes all newspaper ads, flyers, and more).
Platinum Sponsor - $15,000
$15,000, which includes 36-square-meter booth space and a private meeting room. Two full pages of ad space in the official directory, name on event banner displayed on the outside of the building, name recognition as sponsor on all advertising (this includes all newspaper ads, flyers, and more).
Gold Sponsor - $9,000
$9,000, which includes 18-square-meter space booth space, a full page ad in the official directory, name on event banner displayed on the outside of the building, name recognition as sponsor on all advertising (this includes all newspaper ads, flyers, and more).
