Four levels of sponsorships are available, on a limited basis, at all New Fields events. We have designed all four packages to maximize your company's presence. This is achieved externally through advertising and marketing in New Fields publications and at the event itself through a strong combination of benefits and branding. PRESIDENTIAL SPONSORSHIP - $30,000   Sponsorship Form

AFSS Expo Presidential Sponsorship includes the following: $30,000, which includes 72 square meter booth space, a private meeting room, and refreshment station with two hostesses. 8 full pages of ad space in the official directory, name on event banner displayed on the outside of the building, name recognition as sponsor on all advertising (this includes all newspaper ads, flyers, and more).

IRIDIUM SPONSORSHIP - $20,000   Sponsorship Form   

$20,000, which includes 45 square meter booth space, a private meeting room and refreshment station with two hostesses. 4 full pages of ad space in the official directory, name on event banner displayed on the outside of the building, name recognition as sponsor on all advertising (this includes all newspaper ads, flyers, and more).

PLATINUM SPONSOR - $15,000  Sponsorship Form

$15,000, which includes 36 square meter booth space and a private meeting room. 2 full pages of ad space in the official directory, name on event banner displayed on the outside of the building, name recognition as sponsor on all advertising (this includes all newspaper ads, flyers, and more).

GOLD SPONSOR - $9,000    Sponsorship Form

$9,000, which includes 18 square meter space booth space, a full page ad in the official directory, name on event banner displayed on the outside of the building, name recognition as sponsor on all advertising (this includes all newspaper ads, flyers, and more).
