Since its inaugural meeting in 2003, Rebuilding Iraq series has been recognized as a key event for Iraq. The Conference has become a recognized part of the architecture of Iraqi reconstruction and the best available vehicle to have a voice in the rebuilding of the country.
Rebuilding Iraq Conferences have been featured in the front page of the New York Times and in more than 100+ other media outlets. More than 200 Iraqi officials have participated in the conferences including 12 Iraqi ministers who were keynote speakers. Twenty five Iraqi Deputy Ministers and senior officials from the US government and other countries also participated as speakers or panelists.
