Engineer Hassan obtained his degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Technological Advice in Baghdad.

He participated in several scientific conferences on multiple computers. He had attended various conferences in the fields of electric power stations in Tehran (1991), as well as e-government, communication and information conferences in Dubai.

His expertise in mechanical engineering includes designing and implementation of cold and freezing food and distribution systems as well as of hot and cold water to buildings.

Engineer Hassan was a director to a number of mechanical and computer projects such as compilation and installation of computer hardware, networking, internet systems, intranet systems, design and implementation of an independent subsidiary networks (sub domain), construction and building and installation of the server, page design internet, design and implementation of an independent subsidiary networks, action graphics and photos (graphic packages).

He worked as chief executive in a number of consulting engineering firms as well as in industrial and trade within and outside the country. He studied and researched on electronic government, executive leadership, information society, human resources and development, rehabilitation and strategy.

From 2003-2004, he was the regional director of the company (EMEA) for computer consulting in Dubai.

He was the owner and general manager of Sharjah - Emirates and the director of the department of computer company Tigris trade spare parts in Dubai. He was an artistic director of the internet and cultural development in Iran from 1997-1998. From 1996-1997, he was the chief web page designer of Dana Foundation.

He is a resident engineer in Chilackstr, a consulting engineering firm in Tehran and a production manager in Marwaid polymer industrial in Iran.
Formerly, he was the director in the Department of Constituent, Office of Engineering for Chilean companies in Tehran, Iran.
