At present, Mr. Al Assadee is the General Director of Prime Minister National Operations Center. Part of his responsibilities include supervising the command center during national crisis, providing daily cross-ministerial interaction and coordination of approximately 100 personnel, supervising the constant situational awareness across the spectrum of operational and governmental functions, supervising the transmission and execution of the Prime Minister’s orders and guidance and communicating structure that will be needed to support the future needs of the organization.
From 2004-2007, Mr. Al Assadee was the Director Prime Minister Office Operations. From 2003-2004, he was a member of Baghdad Governmental Council.

Since 2007 to the present, Mr. Al Assadee was the General Director of Prime Minister Network Operations Center. In this position, he is tasked to supervise the command center during national crisis, provide daily cross-ministerial interaction and coordination of around 100 personnel, supervise the constant situational awareness across the spectrum of operational and governmental functions, supervise the transmission and execution of the Prime Minister’s orders and guidance, communicate structure, and other assignments from National Security Agency and Prime Minister Chief of Staff.
Mr. Al Assaddee graduated in 1992 in Mustansiriyah University and attended six-month psychological warfare training also in Mustansiriyah University. In 2005, he attended North Atlantic Treaty Organization’s Intelligence and Information Analysis for four weeks in Baghdad. He also attended a ten day Parliamentary Control over the Armed Forces in Geneva in 2006.
He was a member of the Security Committee of Governing Council from 2003-2004 and worked as a Director of the Operations Room from 2005-2007. Previously, he was a private contractor.
