William Tucker is currently Chairman of Tucker & Associates, an international trade and strategic planning consulting firm. Mr. Tucker is a former Assistant Attorney General of Colorado and Special Counsel to the President during the Reagan Administration.

Mr. Tucker has a BS Degree in Geological Engineering and a Juris Doctor in Law and has worked for the J.M Huber Corporation, a large independent oil and gas company and Marathon, one of the major US oil and gas companies.

Mr. Tucker is a recognized expert on Iraq security and reconstruction and has presented paper and/or chaired conferences on Iraq in Washington, DC, London, Istanbul and Amman.
